It's September, which means it's time to go back to school and improve/test your mind. First lesson: Reading Comprehension Who or what is depicted in these pictures? a) b) c) d) e) Lesson two will appear once you have completed lesson one. (all artwork courtesy of CJ, Doors, Ella, Rinso and/or I)
That first one is definitely Batman. (Edit: Do'h, Ninja´d by a carrot....) Could someone explain "blind pictionary" to me? Sounds like fun.
Basically, you need to draw 'something' whilst not looking at what you are drawing. Other people have to guess what you are drawing. The 'somethings' are generated by people writing things down on pieces of paper, mixing them up and then selecting them one at a time from a hat.
Now, I would guess that... b is captain caveman c is something obscene... or maybe the simpsons d is sleeping beauty and e is dumbo, or something to do with an elephant.
Woah, in addition to the previous, you now have got two out of five. I won't say which other you got, just to keep things interesting. Or boring, whichever it may turn out to be. By the way, they aren't all characters from cartoons/comics.
b looks like Neverending Story, you know, with the flying dog etc. c looks like a battlefield d I'll stick with Sleeping Beauty e is that battle from the beginning of The Empire Strikes back, on the frozen planet (yeah, I can't remember the name, I am a lousy excuse of a geek)
My excellent Blind Drawing skill"z" shine through again. Making my drawing the most understandable. Is it very dark, ben, living in my shadow.
I was there when we played this as well, which would give me an unfair advantage. Or so you would think! Because actually, I can't remember what half of them are supposed to be. Sigh. oh wait! I knew I guessed e at the time. I remember it now! who drew it?
Ok, it seems like clues are needed. Advice for one is to look at the right part first. Advice for another of them is to remember that the person couldn't see where they were drawing, so location may be awry. Advice for the other is to count. Note, clues not given in a particular order.
I would also say, in conjunction with one of those clues: ignore the little triangle. The artist has been trying to figure out why he added it, and cannot for the life of him remember why he did. But looking at it, this actually won't help you at all. Good luck!
