Can someone explain to me Incubust, the poem?

I think this was asked before but couldn't find it under the Search facility. Basically I have read PTerry's poem Incubust again & still don't fully get it.

It's a drabble poem, meaning it must contain 100 words exactly. I'm pretty sure there is a dirty joke involving a lack of erection, but if someone could explain the meaning fully I'd appreciate it!

Here's a link to the full poem:

The link doesn't work, here's the "poem" :

    [quote:600dbdfe06]Incubust by Terry Pratchett

The physics of magic is this: no magician, disguise it as he
might, can achieve a result beyond his own physical powers¹.

And, spurned, he performed the Rite of Tumescence and called
up a fiend from the depths of the Pit to teach her a lesson she
    wouldn't forget, the witch.

    The phone rang.

"Nice try," she said, "It's sitting on the bedhead now."

    His breath quickened. "And?"

    "Listen," she said.

And he heard the voice of the fiend, distant and wretched:

"...frightfully sorry ... normally, no problem ... oh god, this
has never happened to me before..."

    ¹See the Necrotelicomnicon, p.38.[/quote:600dbdfe06]

The point I get is that according to the Necrotelicomnicon, the magician can't get the fiend he invoked to do any better than he could, hence, the bad performance...
Nice to see even in something this short he managed to fit in a footnote :D

Oh, thanks Mal, I knew about succubi, but I wasn't aware there was a male equivalent... although it does make sense :D
