I posted this story http://www.terrypratchettbooks.org/article122.html this morning but haven't really thought about it till now. I've never bought any Discworld figures myself but I've always thought they were kind of interesting; it might be a good idea to look out for them in shops and second hand stores etc before everyone finds out they've stopped making them and they become really expensive, or to buy them now because they might be worth a bit in the future?
ein minuten... i may be completely talking bollocks here, but isn't 'The Cunning Artificer' a clarecraft thing? And aren't the Stamps forums part of the cunning arficer forums? edit: nevermind. i am appearantly talking bollocks.
I think that the Cunning Artificer sold Clarecraft previously and set up a new smaller shop, where he has been mostly making the Discworld stamps lately. He is sort of easing into retirement is what it looks like to me, of course that doesn't mean that he won't be busier then ever if he is like many retired people I know. edit: typo
