Isn't harboring people wanting to brutally overthrow your neighbor's government, and letting them freely operate from within your borders, tantamount to a declaration of war on said neighbor? Just asking, me. Nor am I implying that Hugo Chavez is supporting a Marxist terrorist group, no sir. I just hope that he won't actually go about "liberating" Colombia.
I've always considered the whole area a sort of black, jungley hole that I'd be too afraid to enter, and yet feel slightly disappointed by that fact.
