Sad news and a great loss from the music scene. For me, James Brown will always be remembered as the Reverend Cleophus James in the film, The Blues Brothers. Religion never looked so good, I almost tried it.
After Ray and Barry, now James... A whole generation is leaving us... (Yeah, ok, I know, it's not exactly a scoop that people die, I guess we all noticed eh...) But it sure was a great generation. I can only wonder if there will be worldwide morning when todays's pop idol winners die at age 70+, or how many people will turn up at the funeral if Victoria Beckham dies at age 90...
