I had an idea the other night for a comic strip. It's a brilliant idea, and it would be very funny. The only thing is, I cannot draw. I suck at drawing. Really, serious suckage here. And nature abhors a vacuum. So, thats why i need an artist. But not just any artist. I need the one and only 'phlon. But he's too Dutchuguese to draw for me right now. thats why I need everyone to register their support for forcing Tephlon into drawing my visions for me. Use your collective will to crush one man's sense of freedom and independence!
Pah! 'Phlon needs to finish the Movie comic first, the convoluted plot of which will kill him, which means that he will in fact be dead. Too dead for anything else. I am interested in this idea, though, not knowing what it is. Also, I don't want to give you fifty quid. *votes for the first option*

I sent him a PM to ask he he wanted to draw some characters for the RPG in my sig a while back and I got no reply, maybe he's all drawn out? :smile:
Certainly, Tephlon should draw Garner's comic. When he's done with Ba. And hell has frozen over. And pigs fly out of Garner's rear end, and Rinso spurns the love of a monkey.
Garner: Putting me on the spot... I hate you! Pitch me the idea! Chris: Yeah... I put in on hold for a bit in order to try and make sense of the plot, especially with the risk of several conflicting descriptions, and then kind of forgot about it... I did sketch out the bunny scene. I'll see if I can find that... Mal, I thought I had replied?! Damn, must have closed the window too early. Out in the open then: I asked if you had asked any of the other artists on the board (Grace and Yvonne spring to mind) and I said that , although I was really busy (Still am) I would like to do one or two pics for now.
Gah! Ba's comic is on my mental backburner. It crops up all the time, but I just can't get it on paper. Also: I refuse to vote. Mainly because I have no currency of this "quid" like nature
No, I didn't get your message. I haven't asked anyone else, it was just a whimsical fancy at the time, though I've since posted a news message on the Dragon's Kingdom site asking if people want to draw some of the missing monsters in exchange for 100,000 gold pieces in the game - maybe I'll get some takers, I don't know? It would be ace if Buzzfloyd, Hsing or anyone from here wanted to draw some characters or monsters. They just 2D dungeons and dragons type pictures I need for a pretty basic browser-based RPG.
Actually, I'd like to get into drawing again ((again)again). And i may even have a few spare monsters lying around. We could make a thread in the Roleplaying forum, where people can for monsters and chars and others can volunteer?
Ah, such modesty... Even though I still feel I am good at pretending to be good at drawing sketches. For me, though, that is enough.
Fantastic, do you want to start a monster drawing thread for Role Playing Games in general, or shall I do one just for this?
