On Peanuts and Monkeys

Had to post this incredibly relevant conversation I had with Mynona regarding my MSN Nickname, which is: 'Jack Bauker says: "If you pay peanuts, you get Monkeys" ':

Mynona: No. If you pay peanuts, you'll get pee in your shoes

Mynona: but on the other hand, if you pay peanuts, you'll get Doormen

Tephlon: They may not work hard. Or at all. But you can at least claim to have people (Loose definition) working (loose definition) for you (Again, loose definition)

hmmm... pee in shoes. That brings back fond memories.

There is a pub here in York called The Golden Slipper.

I always think of the Doormen whenever I pass by.

I think I'm failing to get the pee in the shoe reference but agree with payment of peanuts not being worth the Doorman you attract.

Hey, at least you get to be remembered for something.
