http://www.dogturpie.com/ I thought it was really great, though dark... I got there via www.atomfilms.com ---any more resources that aren't google video or youtube? (You can tell I've got the first evening for myself without work in weeks, can't you? )
I liked it! Atomfilms hosts some strange stuff. There's an animated series by Tim Burton, for example... brrr..
I came across this one today. It would have been scary as hell to be that guy, but since I wasn't I laughed my butt off.
Heh! Bulls are dangerous. My distant cousin was killed by his bull. He'd known the animal for years, then one day it gored him to death.
This is actually an advertising film for the Smoking Gun's book "The Dog Dialed 911", but the last 60 seconds of it are... well, I thought they were pretty funny. VidLit™ - A Few Brief Lists from The Dog Dialed 911-A Book of Lists from The Smoking Gun from Hachette Books
Another one... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fZYwMTzavMU ...and a question for those of you who have been in Japan (or it may be just a problem I have with the English language...): SPOILER:
I always understood a bonesetter to be someone who sets/treats broken bones. Splinting, plastering etc.
Great videos all of them (at least the ones I saw) Especially the the first one. Now that is a loyal dog. How did they do the skateboard one?
In stop-and go motion... which means one guy spent a lot of time on his belly. I always wondered, though, how jumping is filmed in that technique... But I am an complete idiot when it comes to such things.
