Apparently the Honorable Representative from Ohio has also put forth Articles of Impeachment against Cheney. As the Democrat bosses don't want to risk the battle, both motions have gone to the Judiciary Affairs committee where they're being sat on.
He was running for President, he was running for President eight years ago too. And has been serving in the House of Representatives, he's been doing what he could.
I swear the wall behind that guy had the same patterned wallboard as my old doublewide did in the master bedroom/bath. I'm only afraid the guy might be right.
