    Correct, Joculator. I had forgotten EC's brief contribution. He was introduced as John Wayne. I was hoping to drop all sorts of mysterious hints. :sad:

    If my memory serves me correctly (as it doesn't always after a few glasses of wine - but then it is Christmas) "The Intro and the Outro" was recorded by the "Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band"
